Baked Sweet Potato Sticks

Ingredients
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 teaspoon paprika
8 sweet potatoes, sliced lengthwise into quarters
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Lightly grease a baking sheet.
In a large bowl, mix olive oil and paprika. Add potato sticks, and stir by hand to coat. Place on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake 40 minutes in the preheated oven.

This looks very good just like french fries-. what is paprika, haven't heard of it so may you please explain. Thank you for your recipee this looks great and I'll try it out. I especially love the simple intuitive ingrediants that make it so easy to work with, and your detailed instructions with three ingrediants longer than some for 50 ingrediants. Thanks ahead!

This looks very good, and I agree with Alison, it does look exactly like french fries. I have never heard of paprika either but it sounds like a fry. I have to try it out, and I agree love the instructions. Thanks again!

Wow really looking good. Looks like a nice healthier alternative for french fries. Hanny I think paprika is a spice so the next time your at your local grocery store you may want to just check out to see if they have it.
