Apple Cream Pie

Ingredients

4 cups thinly sliced apples
1 cup white sugar
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
4 tablespoons butter
2 cups half-and-half
1 recipe pastry for a 9 inch single crust pie
Directions

Place apples in pie shell. Mix together sugar, flour, nutmeg, and cinnamon. Sprinkle this mixture over apples in shell.
Melt the butter or margarine and stir into cream. Pour liquids over apples.
Bake at 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) for 35 minutes.
